Content Provider Agreement

1. Introduction
This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between creators ("Content Providers") and SubZuu. By uploading, publishing, or distributing content on the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Ownership and Rights
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish and distribute all content you upload to the platform.
3. Consent of All Participants
You confirm that all individuals appearing in your content:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of creation
- Have provided explicit, informed, and documented consent to be recorded and distributed
- Have consented to the public display and monetization of such content
4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or distribute content that includes:
- Minors or individuals under the age of 18
- Non-consensual or coerced acts
- Content involving exploitation, trafficking, or abuse
- Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Record Keeping (2257 Compliance)
You agree to maintain all legally required records verifying the age and identity of all individuals appearing in your content. These records must be accurate, complete, and available upon request.
6. Platform Rights
By uploading content, you grant SubZuu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content through the platform.
7. Liability
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. SubZuu does not assume liability for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement.
8. Enforcement
SubZuu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report violations to appropriate authorities where necessary.
